DuraPostĀ® In-Fill Panels for Aluminium Gate, 1.0m
The DuraPostĀ® 1m Composite Infill Panels work with the DuraPostĀ® Aluminium Gate Frame.
The gate frame gives you the flexibility to build a gate to your individual taste by selecting 4 easy steps: Composite infill panels refer to Step Two.
Step One: Aluminium Gate Frame
Select your preferred colour of gate frame from Anthracite Grey, Olive Grey or Sepia Brown.
Step Two: Infill/Panel
Select your preferred material to in-fill the gate. We recommend using our DuraPostĀ® composite infill panels (purchase separately) in the same or contrasting colour for a full composite maintenance free look, or in-filled with a custom timber match fence of your choice.
DuraPostĀ® infill panel pack can be purchased alongside the gate frame.
Step Three: Adjust to Size
The maximum width is 1.88m, and can be reduced by cutting the top and bottom cross-rail down to the desired size with a chop-saw that has a new sharp metal-cutting blade.
The maximum height is 1.770m, and can be reduced in increments of 150mm down to a minimum of 1.32m.
Step Four: Select your Gate Hardware Kit
Our Kit comprises of:
Hinges: 2 x 165mm x 60mm (made from Grade 304 3mm stainless steel) lift off hinge. With no visible fixings when closed and anti-theft orientation, they are safe and secure.
Gate Handle: 72mm narrow style back plate handle made from high-quality stainless steel. With a cylinder that can be keyed to your house key.
Lock: 72mm centre, 60mm back set lock.
Corner Bracket: The corner brackets are an integral part of the DuraPostĀ® Aluminium Gate, providing a rigid structure and a solid steel fixing point for the corners.
Steel Packer: Steel core ensures that corners remain square and provides a very strong point for hinges to be fixed/hang.
Plastic Packer: The steel packer and the plastic packer work together with the steel corner bracket to provide accurate fixing points.
Gate Hardware can be purchased alongside the gate frame.
